The Foundational Principles behind Think in System
Deliver Value
Solve real problems. Every action should drive meaningful impact.
These Principles guide how i think, design, and build. They shape every project, every decision.
High Standards. Quality Over Quantity
Excellence is non-negotiable. Details matter.
First Principles Thinking
Break problems down to their most fundamental elements. Rebuild from the ground up.
Scientific Approach
Make decisions based on data not assumptions. Test, measure, iterate. What gets measured gets improved.
Systems Thinking
Understand the entire system: how parts interact, influence each other, and affect the whole.
Via Negativa
Simplicity is power. Subtract before you add. Remember “You improve a system not by adding more, but by removing what makes it fragile.”
Hi, I'm Olesea

Curious About My Story?
"You improve a system not by adding things, but by removing what makes it fragile"
In 2016, I completed a program in Digital Transformation Management, awarded by Piero Angela. | I started my career in the R&D department of an ERP software company. | I’m also a former athlete and competed in fitness competitions.
In 2024, I founded Think in Systems after years of experience as a freelancer.
The goal is to solve one clear problem: helping companies to make better decisions based on behavioral data. The second challenge we address is consistency. That’s why we build scalable design systems
In 2021, I co-founded Nutrition Co, another project with a clear mission: to create cookies and snacks made from alternative flours, without refined sugars and without preservatives.
Why low-carb?
Because sugar is the number one driver of diabetes, and most “low-carb” products on the market are filled with artificial additives.
Why vegan?
Because with the rise of high-fat, low-carb diets, people often end up consuming too many animal-based products. Many snacks on the market are made with animal ingredients. That’s why we chose to make our snacks vegan to provide a healthier and more sustainable alternative.
